DAR ES SALAAM, July 11 -- WATUMISHI Housing Investment (WHI) plans to build more than 250 houses for public servants in Dar es Salaam this financial year, targeting the countrys housing needs through a major residential project.

Speaking yesterday at the ‘Sabasaba grounds, where WHI is showcasing its activities, Acting Chief Executive Architect Sephania Solomon said the housing project will be built at Mbezi Beach, Jangwani area.

“We have a major project that we will kick off its implementation during this financial year. We will construct more than 250 houses at Mbezi Beach, in the Jangwani area near Jangwani and are specifically for our public servants,” Mr Solomon said.
