MALABO, March 27 -- VICE-PRESIDENT Dr Emmanuel Nchimbi is set to present Tanzanias priorities and contribute to shaping the future strategic direction of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) as it approaches its 50th anniversary.

According to a statement issued yesterday by the Vice-Presidents Office, Dr Nchimbi arrived in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, to represent President Samia Suluhu Hassan at the 11th OACPS Heads of State and Government Summit, scheduled to take place from today to Sunday.

The statement noted that Tanzanias participation reflects its continued commitment to active engagement in regional and international fora, as well as its contribution to global development dialogue and cooperation.
