DODOMA, March 30 -- THE Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF) has stepped up support for the national clean energy agenda by distributing 50 gas stoves to women entrepreneurs in Kondoa District, Dodoma Region.

The initiative aims to reduce reliance on charcoal and firewood while safeguarding public health and the environment.

The move aligns with the governments broader strategy championed by President Samia Suluhu Hassan to accelerate the adoption of clean and renewable energy sources, particularly among women, who make up a significant share of small-scale producers in the country.
