TEMESA ordered to adopt new performance strategies to improve its efficiency in service delivery
DODOMA, Aug. 14 -- THE Tanzanian government has directed the Tanzania Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Services Agency (TEMESA) to adopt new performance strategies aimed at restoring the agencys standing and improving efficiency in delivering services to the government and the public.
The directions were issued by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Works, Ambassador Eng Aisha Amour, during a meeting with TEMESA management in Dodoma noting that the Agency needed to improve its structure, operations and staff welfare to meet the objectives for which it was established.
