DAR ES SALAAM, July 3 -- THE Tanzania Buildings Agency (TBA) has invited local and international investors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the development of 38 government-owned sites through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements, as part of efforts to accelerate the implementation of commercial building projects across the country.

In its Expression of Interest (EOI) notice, TBA said the investment opportunities cover sites in 20 regions and include residential, commercial, mixed-use, logistics and transport hubs, as well as hospitality and tourism developments.
