DAR ES SALAAM, March 16 -- THE Minister of State, Presidents Office – Planning and Investment, Prof Kitila Mkumbo, has urged Tanzanians to come out in large numbers to invest in the East Africa Commercial and Logistic Center (EACLC) located in Dar es Salaam to boost the countrys economy.

Speaking during a dinner event involving religious leaders and more than 300 citizens organized by the Office of the Ubungo Constituency Member of Parliament, Prof Kitila said that so far the center is progressing well and many traders have taken up space and it has started to flourish.
