ARUSHA, March 3 -- THE Minister of State in the Prime Ministers Office-Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG), Prof Riziki Shemdoe, has directed all Regional Commissioners in the country to supervise their councils to establish special days for listening to citizens complaints and grievances at the ward level.

The minister issued the directives during the opening of the 12th General Meeting of the Union of Regional and Council Education Officers of Tanzania Mainland in Arusha noting that the aim is to make it easier for the public to access services and resolve local challenges.
