LUANDA, Oct. 22 -- A delegation from Tanzania has arrived in Luanda, Angola, to participate in the fourth edition of the Luanda Biennale, an African Forum for the Culture of Peace, taking place from October 22 to 23, 2026.

The delegation is led by Dr Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, representing Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania. It also includes Jumaa Hamidu Aweso, Minister for Water, and other experts.
