Tanzania targets expanded investment, trade with Malaysia
DODOMA, Aug. 21 -- VICE-PRESIDENT Dr Emmanuel Nchimbi, has stressed the need to deepen strategic cooperation between Tanzania and Malaysia, with a focus on expanding investment and economic opportunities.
He made the remarks in Dodoma yesterday during talks with Tanzanias High Commissioner to Malaysia, Major General Mbaraka Mkeremy, noting that Malaysias strong economy presents significant prospects for enhanced bilateral engagement.
The VP urged the envoy to work diligently and creatively to strengthen diplomatic ties, attract more investors to Tanzania and expand existing opportunities between the two countries.
