DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 4 -- TANZANIA has conveyed condolences to the government and people of Norway following the death of King Harald V, with the government praising the late monarch for his leadership and contribution to national unity.

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Dr Ngwaru Maghembe, signed the condolence book at the Norwegian Embassy in Tanzania, conveying condolences from President Samia Suluhu Hassan and the people of Tanzania.
