DAR ES SALAAM, March 17 -- THE Parliamentary Standing Committee on Social Welfare and Community Development has commended the progress of the Mzizima Towers Project worth 322.02bn/- being implemented by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), describing it as a strategic investment for the fund and the nation.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam today, March 16, 2026, shortly after touring around the project, the Committee Chairperson Hawa Chakoma said the pace and quality of the work is impressive while extending gratitude to President Samia Suluhu Hassan for her decision to allow the project to continue.
