DODOMA, Oct. 30 -- TANZANIA has officially inaugurated office buildings housing government ministries and institutions, together with paved road infrastructure at the Government City in Mtumba, Dodoma, as part of efforts to strengthen public administration and consolidate government operations in the countrys capital.

Speaking during the inauguration ceremony today, October 30, 2026,, Minister of State in the Presidents Office for Planning and Investment, Kitila Mkumbo, who represented Minister of State in the Prime Ministers Office, Prof Palamagamba Kabudi, said the completion of the project marked an important milestone in the implementation of the vision to establish Dodoma as the countrys administrative capital.
