DAR ES SALAAM, March 12 -- TANZANIA has launched a national programme aimed at accelerating startup growth, with at least 1,000 ventures expected to benefit over the next four years.
The initiative, known as the Tanzania Ventures Lab (TVL), launched today in Dar es Salaam by the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) in collaboration with innovation ecosystem partners is expected to contribute to job creation, commercialise research and strengthen Tanzanias participation in the global innovation economy.
