DODOMA, April 17 -- TANZANIA is advancing major reforms in public service delivery through increased investment in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), with a good number of government systems now integrated to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Presenting the budget estimates for the Presidents Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance in the Parliament in Dodoma earlier today, April 17, 2026,  Minister of State Ridhiwani Kikwete said the government has significantly improved access to public services through digital transformation.
