DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 4 -- TANZANIA produced a disciplined bowling display to beat Namibia by 25 runs after defending a total of 100 for eight in their ICC U19 Womens T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier match at TCA Cricket Arena in Dar es Salaam yesterday.

Batting first, Tanzania posted 100 for eight from their allotted 20 overs, setting Namibia a target of 101 in a match that ultimately turned into a contest of patience and pressure. Namibia struggled to build momentum in reply and were eventually bowled out for just 75 in 15.5 overs, handing Tanzania a convincing victory and an important early boost in the qualifying race.
