DAR ES SALAAM, July 30 -- THE Minister for Minerals Anthony Mavunde has said the government will continue working closely with stakeholders in the mining sector through dialogue platforms aimed at building a competitive industry, attracting investment and increasing the sectors contribution to national economic growth.

Mavunde made the remarks during the Mining Breakfast Briefing (MBB), organised jointly by the Tanzania Chamber of Minerals and the Ministry of Minerals, where he urged stakeholders to continue using such platforms to discuss opportunities and challenges facing the mining industry.
