LINDI, Sept. 18 -- THE Tanzanian government has continued to create a conducive environment for investment and the management of mineral resources to ensure that the country fully harnesses its mineral wealth to support national economic development.

Speaking at the Mining and Investment Exhibition being held at the Mining Grounds in Ruangwa District, Lindi Region, Minister of State in the Prime Ministers Office responsible for Regional Administration and Local Government, Riziki Shemdoe, said the government recognises the significant contribution of miners to job creation and economic growth.
