Tanzania, UK agree to bolster ties in economic development, trade, diplomacy
DAR ES SALAAM, July 31 -- TANZANIA and the United Kingdom have agreed to deepen their long-standing partnership by expanding cooperation in trade, investment, economic development and diplomacy.
The commitment was reached during talks between the British High Commissioner to Tanzania, Marianne Young, and the Acting Director of the Europe and Americas Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Ellen Maduhu, in Dar es Salaam on Thursday.
