DAR ES SALAAM, May 20 -- TANZANIA and Kuwait have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation following talks between Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, and Kuwaits Ambassador-designate to Tanzania, Salem Yousif Alhamdan.

The discussions took place in Dar es Salaam when the Kuwait Ambassador was presenting his letter of credentials to the Minister at the Ministrys sub-office.

During the meeting, the two leaders discussed various areas of diplomatic cooperation and pledged to further strengthen the long-standing relations between Tanzania and Kuwait for the mutual benefit of both countries.
