DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 11 -- TANZANIA and Egypt have discussed ways to strengthen strategic cooperation in the defence and aerospace technology sectors, including the exchange of expertise, knowledge and technology for the mutual benefit of both countries.

Tanzanias Minister of Defence and National Service, Dr Rhimo Nyansaho, held talks with Egypts Minister of Defence and Military Production and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Ashraf Salem Zaher, in El Alamein, Egypt.

The talks were held as Tanzania participated in the El Alamein International Exhibition for Aerospace and Advanced Technologies (ELIAS).
