State Attorneys trained on Finance Act
DODOMA, Aug. 1 -- CHIEF Parliamentary Draftsman Onorius Njole has described the Finance Act as a key pillar in implementing the governments national budget, urging State Attorneys to strengthen their understanding of the law to enhance legislative drafting and legal advisory services.
Mr Njole made the remarks yesterday while opening a special virtual training programme on the Finance Act for State Attorneys from various public institutions across the country.
He said the programme seeks to equip participants with a deeper understanding of their role in drafting and reviewing the Finance Act, ensuring that its provisions meet both legal and economic requirements.
