SINGAPORE, March 16 -- GLOBAL investment firm Temasek Holdings has expressed interest in exploring broader investment opportunities in Tanzania as discussions continue to strengthen economic cooperation between the two sides.

The development emerged during talks between Tanzanias Ambassador to Singapore, resident in Jakarta, Macocha Tembele, and Temaseks Head of Institutional Relations for Southeast Asia, Chua Eu Jin, held during the envoys recent working visit to Singapore.

The meeting between the two leaders focused on expanding investment partnerships and highlighting Tanzanias potential in strategic economic sectors.
