DAR ES SALAAM, May 21 -- THE on-going Pula 195m US dollars suit against Patrice Motsepes of African Rainbow Capital has entered the final stage as Pulas final witness testified this week in its cross examination of Pulas witnesses.

In the suit at the High Court of Tanzanias Commercial Division under Judge Frank Mirindo, ARC pushed on two points that the firm is not party to the agreement signed between Pula and its sister company African Rainbow Minerals.

ARC maintains the two are separate companies that operate independently of each other, and another line of argument is that the suit should be tried in South Africa and not Tanzania.

The logic being that the Agreement between Pula and ARM is subject to South Africa law.
