LAGOS, Aug. 6 -- THE Minister for State, Presidents Office, Planning and Investment, Prof Kitila Mkumbo is leading a high-level Tanzanian delegation for a strategic investment mission in Lagos, Nigeria.

Prof Kitila with his delegation has held strategic discussions with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote aimed at deepening investment cooperation between Tanzania and Africas largest industrial conglomerate.

The mission is a continuation of the Translation of Tanzania Development Vision 2050 which wants the private sector to be an engine of Tanzanias economic transformation towards achieving the 1tri economy by 2050.
