DODOMA, June 15 -- AFTER reviewing the previous national budgets in their respective contexts from 2010/2011 to 2025/26 and comparing them with Ambassador Khamis Mussa Omars budget speech to the House and parliamentarians on June 11, 2026, it is clear that Tanzania is entering a new phase.
