NeST system now serves over 30 Tanzania's institutional and service-related systems
DODOMA, Aug. 20 -- TANZANIAS Electronic Public Procurement System (NeST) has now been integrated with more than 30 institutional and service-related systems in a move aimed at streamlining public tendering processes and strengthening the verification of bidders information.
The announcement was made by the Director General of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Dennis Simba, who said the development is part of the implementation of President Samia Suluhu Hassans directive to ensure that government systems are interoperable and able to exchange information efficiently.
