ZANZIBAR, April 17 -- ZANZIBAR President, Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi held high-level talks with senior executives from Ecobank, reaffirming the governments commitment to strengthening financial partnerships to drive economic growth.

The meeting brought together the banks top leadership, including Group Executive for Corporate and Investment Banking based at Ecobanks headquarters in Togo, Michael Larbie and Managing Director of Ecobank Tanzania, Charles Asiedu. The discussions focused on expanding collaboration between the financial institution and the Government of Zanzibar in key development sectors.
