MWANZA, Oct. 20 -- Mwanza Regional Commissioner Salum Hamduni has urged public servants to expedite responses to investors needs and provide clear guidance on legal procedures and required permits before projects commence, in a move aimed at preventing delays and financial losses.

Hamduni made the remarks while visiting a fish feed production, fish fingerling production and cage fish farming project being implemented by The Big Best Company Limited in Lutale Ward, Magu District Council, Mwanza Region.
