DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 31 -- MKOMBOZI Commercial Bank PLC (MKCB) has begun paying shareholders a total 2.4bn/- in dividends for the 2025 financial year, with management urging investors to verify their details and collect payments due to them.

The banks shareholders approved a dividend of 100/- per share for the financial year 2025 at the Annual General Meeting, paving the way for the commencement of the payments.

MKCB Managing Director, Mr Respige Kimati said shareholders could now visit the bank to verify their information and access the dividends.

“We urge all shareholders to verify their information with the bank so that they can receive their dividends without delay,” Mr Kimati said.
