MBARALI, Sept. 11 -- Expectant mothers receiving care at Mbarali District Hospital are set to benefit from improved maternity services following the donation of medical equipment and essential maternity supplies by Yas Tanzania through its Tumaini Campaign.

The donation is intended to help the hospital address shortages of key supplies used in caring for women before, during and after childbirth, while giving health workers additional resources to provide safer and better care for mothers and newborns.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Yas Head of Southern Zone Frank Antony said the campaign is designed to provide practical support based on the needs of local communities.
