DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 27 --  SMALL-SCALE traders at Magomeni Market, in Dar es Salaam, have expressed satisfaction with government-backed loans managed by the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women, and Special Groups through NMB Bank.

The traders spoke up during a visit by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups, Dr John Jingu, who toured the market to meet them and see firsthand how they have benefited from the loans aimed at strengthening and expanding their businesses.
