DAR ES SALAAM, July 5 -- THE government has urged Tanzanian entrepreneurs and investors to take advantage of the growing economic opportunities in China to expand their businesses and increase exports of locally produced goods.

The call was made by the Deputy Minister for Industry and Trade, Dennis Londo, while launching the Clinic Day organized by the Embassy of Tanzania in China during the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) on July 4, 2026. The event aims to provide information on investment, tourism and education opportunities.

Londo said the Embassys participation demonstrates the practical implementation of Tanzanias Economic Diplomacy agenda in support of the National Development Vision 2050.
