DODOMA, Nov. 1 -- LAND values in areas surrounding Mtumba Government City are expected to appreciate as the new administrative hub attracts more residents, businesses and investment, raising expectations of improved social services and infrastructure.

Residents and property investors say the development is creating opportunities in real estate, hospitality, commecial buildings and residential settlements as Dodoma continues to expand.
