DODOMA, June 1 -- THE Minister of State in the Presidents Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance, Ridhiwani Kikwete has said that newly recruited public servants must undergo induction training within three months of reporting to their duty stations.

The ministers directives aim to strengthen efficiency and continuity in public service delivery.

Mr Kikwete issued the directives today, June 1, 2026 when opening a working session for Heads of Administration and Human Resource Units from ministries, independent departments, executive agencies, public institutions, and local government authorities.
