PRETORIA, SA, March 31 -- President of the Republic of South Africa, who is also SADC Chairperson and the Chairperson of the African Unions Ad-Hoc High-Level Committee on South Sudan (commonly referred to as the C5), Cyril Ramaphosa, posed for a souvenir photo with Tanzanian former President and Chairperson of the SADC Panel of Elders (PoE), Jakaya Kikwete, immediately after holding talks in Pretoria, South Africa.

During the meeting held on Sunday, the duo discussed various issues pertaining to the SADC Panel of Elders, including Kikwetes contemporary role as the African Union High Representative for the Horn of Africa and the Red Sea, as well as his special mandate on South Sudan.
