DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 29 -- TANZANIAs historic achievement at the Miss Grand International pageant was the culmination of nearly a decade of perseverance, disappointment and personal growth for Jihan Dimack, who says her journey is proof that dreams remain valid despite repeated setbacks.
