DAR ES SALAAM, March 13 -- THE Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr Seif Shekalaghe, has stated that the digital platform “Talk to the Minister,” initiated by the Minister of Health, Mohamed Mchengerwa, is designed to listen to and address citizens concerns.

Dr Shekalaghe made the remarks today during Minister Mchengerwas visit to Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital, where he also participated in the “Talk to the Minister” event held in Dar es Salaam.
