DAR ES SALAAM, July 23 -- PARTNERSHIPS between nations are often measured by towering bridges, modern highways, thriving trade and billion dollar investments.

Yet the true strength of a relationship is sometimes revealed in quieter places classrooms, health clinics and childrens homes, where acts of kindness leave lasting impressions long after the cameras are gone.

That spirit of compassion was evident at New-Life Orphans Centre in Dar es Salaam, where the 28th China Medical Team to Tanzania joined hands with China Communication Construction Company Ltd (CCCC) Tanzania Office and local Tanzanians to support vulnerable children through donations and free medical services.
