DAR ES SALAAM, July 3 -- HALOTEL Tanzania and Samsung Electronics East Africa have unveiled a smartphone financing programme that will enable more Tanzanians to own genuine Samsung devices through flexible payment plans bundled with Halotel voice and data services.

Launched on Thursday at the Halotel pavilion during the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (SabaSaba), the initiative seeks to reduce the upfront cost of smartphone ownership while expanding access to digital services for individuals, families and small businesses.
