DAR ES SALAAM, July 11 -- THE Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA) is pushing for wider use of its internationally accredited laboratory services as demand grows for scientific evidence in criminal investigations, consumer protection, public health and environmental safety.

Speaking at the ongoing 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF), GCLA Director of Product and Environmental Analysis, Shimo Peter said the authority provides scientific analysis of samples linked to forensic investigations, product quality, chemical safety and environmental pollution.
