ZANZIBAR, Sept. 3 -- FUTOPIA Festival has announced the dates for its third edition, with the three-day event set to take place in Fumba Town, Zanzibar, from August 6 to 8, 2027.

The festival, which brings together music, art, culture, ideas, wellbeing and sustainable living, is also inviting musicians, dancers, poets, storytellers, performers, multidisciplinary artists and interactive creators to apply to participate.

The announcement comes after the festivals second edition drew 3,700 people over two days, with artists and creative contributors from Tanzania and Zanzibar, South Africa, Burundi, Chile, Canada, Morocco and Mexico.
