DAR ES SALAAM, April 15 -- FORMER Chief Justice of Tanzania, Prof Ibrahim Juma, has said the establishment of the Independent Commission of Inquiry following unrest during and after last years General Election reflects the countrys ability to address and resolve its own challenges without external interference.
He noted that the formation of the commission demonstrates Tanzanias institutional strength, maturity and commitment to transparency in handling sensitive national matters.
