DAR ES SALAAM, April 18 -- EQUITY Bank has officially launched a new branch in Ubungo, Dar es Salaam, located within the East African Commercial and Logistics Center (EACLC), as part of its strategy to connect traders from different countries and expand access to financial services.

Speaking during the launch event, the banks Chief Executive Officer, Isabela Maganga, said the initiative aims to support business growth, improve livelihoods for Tanzanians, and stimulate development in the commercial sector by enabling entrepreneurs of all sizes to scale their capital and access international markets.
