MOSHI, Sept. 22 -- ENVIRONMENTAL conservation and cleanliness are increasingly critical to the sustainability of tourism sector, as companies step up efforts to protect natural attractions and keep key destinations clean.

Among them is Zara Tanzania Adventures (Zara Tours), whose environmental conservation and cleanliness initiatives, including efforts to remove tonnes of waste from Mount Kilimanjaro, have earned recognition for contributing to the protection of the countrys natural heritage.
