DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 5 -- PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan has said Africa has reached a stage where it no longer needs to focus solely on developing new visions and strategies, but must now prioritise implementing projects that deliver tangible results and improve peoples lives.

Speaking while opening the Africa50 Annual General Shareholders Meeting and the Infra for Africa Forum in Dar es Salaam today, August 5, 2026, President Samia said the continent already has various development frameworks and strategies in place, making implementation the most pressing priority.
