DAR ES SALAAM, July 16 -- ZANZIBAR President Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has called for continued investment in leadership, stronger health systems and youth empowerment as the best way to preserve the legacy of former President Benjamin William Mkapa.

Dr Mwinyi made the statement on Thursday during the Fourth Benjamin William Mkapa Legacy Forum and the 20th anniversary celebrations of the Benjamin William Mkapa Foundation (BMF), held at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam.
