DAR ES SALAAM, July 3 -- DAR ES SALAAM Regional Commissioner, Albert Chalamila, has urged Kinondoni Municipal Council to move beyond relying solely on revenue collection and instead embrace Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and equity investments in major development projects to transform the municipality into a hub of sustainable wealth and economic growth.
