DAR ES SALAAM, July 11 -- Tanzanian Bongo Flava artist Hamisa Mobetto has revealed that insurance saved her from suffering major financial losses after her car was involved in a road accident caused by a drunk driver.

Hamisa made the remarks in Dar es Salaam during an event where she was officially unveiled as the ambassador for CRDB Insurances “Upo Salama” campaign.

She said that without insurance, she would have been forced to spend a significant amount of money repairing her vehicle.
