DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 20 -- THE body of the retired Archbishop of the Dar es Salaam Archdiocese, Polycarp Cardinal Pengo, is scheduled to be buried on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Pugu Pilgrimage Centre, just outside Dar es Salaam.

According to a schedule released on Friday, February 20, 2026, by the Dar es Salaam Archdiocese, members of the public and faithful will have the opportunity to pay their last respects on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Pugu before the commencement of the farewell Mass.
