ARUSHA, Sept. 4 -- OFFICIALS from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have conducted an inspection of infrastructure and key services in Arusha as part of preparations for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

During the inspection tour, the CAF delegation assessed various facilities at the Arusha Stadium, including security systems, spectator areas, commercial facilities and other infrastructure essential to hosting and operating the tournament.

The delegation also inspected the Mgambo, Engutoto and Magereza training grounds, as well as first-aid facilities and hospitals that are expected to provide medical services during the tournament.
